The Payroll Accountant supports the processes related to employee hiring/termination and the maintenance of relevant records. Additionally, he/she is responsible for collecting daily wages, issuing payroll, and updating the ERGANI information system.
Applicant’s main accountabilities:
- Carries out the required procedures for hiring and termination of employees within the Group (submission of forms such as E3 – Hiring Announcement, E5 – Termination Announcement, etc.).
- Collects and checks employee daily wages across departments by monitoring the electronic time-tracking system.
- Handles the preparation, review, and issuance of payroll using payroll software (EpsilonNet).
- Updates the ERGANI system with employee work hours, Sunday shifts, etc.
- Monitors employee leave, sick days, and absences, and maintains the corresponding records.
- Ensures compliance with labor and social insurance legislation regarding obligations to public authorities and insurance funds.
- Conducts statistical analyses related to labor costs.
Applicant’s main qualifications:
- University/Technological Institute degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, etc. will be considered an additional asset.
- Fluency in English.
