At Atrium Hotels & Resorts, our ultimate goal has always been creating memorable experiences for our guests. The safety and well-being of our valued patrons and employees is our number one priority. In 2020 & 2021, responding to the health crisis, we introduced the Atrium Care Protocol, with strict health and safety practices with a main focus on three key areas: enhanced hotel cleanliness, heightened guest safety and empowering employees through health and safety training.
Continuing our Success Story towards an all-tested and safe Atrium Care environment, upon request and necessary compliance to the country of your return, Antigen & Molecular PCR Testing are provided on-site with a cost of 25 Euros for PCR and 6 Euros for Antigen.
Our goal is to instill the same level of trust and confidence in Atrium also during the Summer 2022.
In order to book a direct rate, 30% of the accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. The remaining amount is due upon check-in, arrival at hotel. We know that plans may change very last minute. In case of unfortunate necessary cancellation prior to arrival or non-show, based on our Summer 2022 Flexible Policy, the 30% retained amount can be carried forward with a modified booking or in a form of credit voucher for future stays. In special cases, a full refund is also applicable.

During the hard times of the pandemic, in Atrium Hotels & Resorts we aspired to be an example of social responsibility and altruism not only when it comes to our guests and employees, but also to our community. For this reason, we had donated a meaningful amount to the Ministry of Health for the purchase of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) medical equipment to support our fight against COVID-19. Additionally, we are especially caring to the people who work with us, providing our support in many tangible ways, but also to the people who are suffering the most in our local communities.
Furthermore, when it comes to providing eco-conscious and sustainable care for our planet, we strive to be a role model organization in Rhodes. Our lifelong commitment to sustainable practices has led to numerous awards and certifications over the years, such as the Green Key, Blue Flag, TUI Environmental Champions, TUI Holly & TUI Top Quality Awards, Travelife, TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice & Certificate of Excellence, HolidayCheck Gold Award and others. Some of our most common practices include sustainable hotel operations via energy conservation, water management, waste water management, recycling and waste reduction, minimal use of single-use plastic items, supporting local products and suppliers as well as sustainability training and seminars to our staff and local professionals. Following the coronavirus pandemic, in addition to the rigorous health and safety actions implemented, we believe there will be an even greater chance to enhance our eco-friendly and sustainable practices e.g. food preparation and service. For this reason, we are currently focusing all our time and resources into the implementation of an extensive Health, Safety and Sustainability Strategy plan for 2020-21, part of which is our Atrium Care Protocol, in order to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, but also to address our sensitivity for our local environment and community, both ingrained in our Atrium culture and values.
